Our refund and return policy is applicable for a period of 30 days. After 30 days from the date of purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

For an item to qualify for a return, it must be unused and in the same condition as received, with the original packaging intact.

To complete a return, we require the receipt or proof of purchase. Gift cards and any items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error are excluded from refunds.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Only regular-priced items can be refunded; sale items are exempt from this.
