HORSETACK CARE GUIDE
Simple care methods can support the longevity
To ensure the longevity and quality of your tack, it’s important to avoid harsh chemicals during maintenance. Regular Saddle soap with Glycerin, bleach, and detergents should be excluded as much as possible, as they can degrade your Equinetree Tack over time. Instead, opt for care products with natural ingredients, such as coconut oil, almond oil, bamboo extract, or natural wax, to keep materials nourished if they become too dry.
For routine cleaning, most products can simply be wiped with water. For dirt and stains, we suggest using the Bense & Eicke MultiCleaner, specially formulated for alternative leather materials. Dirt, sweat, and grease are sustainably removed, while the nourishing bamboo extract provides moisture to the material. This ensures a deep yet gentle clean without compromising the integrity of the material, keeping your equipment looking its best. If it gets wet, simply wipe it dry with a cloth.
For effortless and effective cleaning, we recommend the Bense & Eicke MultiCleaner, specially formulated for Bio-Leather as Uppeal, smooth leather, suede, nubuck, textiles, rubber, Biothane, and plastics.
