Shortly after your order, you'll receive a personalised PDF voucher by email — with the recipient's name, your name, your message, and a unique redemption code. Print it at home, slip it into a card, or forward it digitally.

At checkout on equinetree.com, the recipient enters the code shown on the front of the voucher (e.g. ET-2026-A1B2C3D4). The voucher's value is applied to the order, and any remaining balance stays available for future purchases until the expiry date.

The voucher is transferable — whoever holds the code can redeem it. It cannot be exchanged for cash, and unfortunately no replacement is possible in case of loss, so please keep your PDF and code safe.
