Terms & Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) apply to all services and legal transactions carried out through the online shop www.equinetree.com. This online shop is operated by the company Vassalli AG.
Vassalli AG reserves the right to change the Terms at any time. The version of the Terms applicable at the time of the order shall prevail, and cannot be unilaterally amended for that order. By submitting the order, the customer accepts the Terms.
Prices in offers and order confirmations include value-added tax (VAT) and are binding. The offer from the online-shop is aimed at natural persons residing in Europe. Items that are not immediately available will be delivered as soon as possible. If an item is unavailable, Vassalli AG will contact the customer via email or phone. In such cases, the customer will be informed, and any payments already made will be refunded. Vassalli AG strives to provide accurate product information. This information is largely obtained directly from third parties. Therefore, any liability for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information is excluded. Price and assortment changes may occur at any time.
The illustration of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but rather an informal online catalog or an invitation to the customer to order the product in the online shop. An order constitutes an offer to Vassalli AG to conclude a contract. After placing an order, the customer automatically receives an order confirmation, documenting that the order has been received by Vassalli AG. Waivers are only valid if expressly approved by Vassalli AG. This also applies if Vassalli AG has unconditionally accepted the order with knowledge of deviating conditions.
Shipping to Switzerland/Liechtenstein is carried out by Swiss Post using A-Post. Responsibility transfers to the recipient upon shipping. The order is considered fulfilled as soon as the tracking status shows “delivered.” Upon receipt, customers are requested to check the goods for accuracy, completeness, and integrity. Any transport damage must be reported and documented immediately (see Chapter Complaints).
Vassalli AG is committed to delivering all ordered items as quickly as possible. The delivery time is 1-3 working days, provided the products are in stock. No deliveries are made on weekends and official national or cantonal holidays. Vassalli AG is entitled to make partial deliveries. The costs of subsequent deliveries are borne by Vassalli AG. Free deliveries are limited to addresses within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. For delivery addresses outside this zone, a flat-rate shipping fee is charged. The customer assumes responsibility for the delivered products, even if they were not received directly by them.
Payments must be made in Swiss Francs or in Euros. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, TWINT, and PayPal ApplePay and so on. The available payment methods are displayed in the online shop. Payment is debited immediately. Currently, purchasing on account via the online shop is not possible.
A contract is only concluded once the order has been processed in the logistics center of Vassalli AG. Once the order is ready for dispatch, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
Delivery costs communicated in the online shop apply. If applicable, delivery costs are shown as an additional item in the shopping cart and on the invoice.
Vassalli AG may issue discount vouchers. These vouchers may require a minimum order value, which is indicated on the discount voucher. Discount vouchers cannot be combined. Value vouchers that are not fully redeemed do not entitle the customer to a refund of the difference, and the remaining amount is forfeited.
Products delivered to the customer remain the property of Vassalli AG until full payment of the purchase price has been received. The customer automatically grants Vassalli AG the right to register any retention of title in the retention of title register.
Vassalli AG may provide warranty service by partially or fully replacing the product with an equivalent one.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods by sending them to Vassalli AG / Equinetree. The goods must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Personalized products are excluded from returns. The buyer bears the costs of returns. In case of returns or exchanges, a copy of the invoice or delivery note must be included. Vassalli AG reserves the right to block customers who refuse acceptance.
If products are delivered with obvious damage to the packaging or contents, the customer must report this to the delivery person immediately and refuse acceptance, without prejudice to their rights under the warranty. The customer is obligated to obtain a damage confirmation report from the delivery person. All transport damage must also be reported immediately to Vassalli AG.
Furthermore, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the ordered products immediately upon receipt. For any defects or deviations from the order, the customer must notify Vassalli AG by email to [email protected] on the day of delivery. Vassalli AG reserves the right to request proof of the defect
The risk passes to the buyer as soon as the shipment is handed over to the transport company. If shipping is delayed or becomes impossible without our fault, the risk passes to the buyer upon notification of readiness for shipment. An individually agreed assumption of transport costs by Vassalli AG does not affect the transfer of risk.
Claims for damages due to impossibility of performance, breach of contract, fault in contracting, and tort are excluded against both Vassalli AG and our vicarious agents, unless intentional or grossly negligent conduct is present. Liability for consequential damages resulting from the use of the products is rejected.
The privacy policy is an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, the customer also agrees to the privacy policy.
The legal relationship is subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the company.
