Fulfillment Centers

We operate two fulfillment centers to serve you efficiently:

Swiss Warehouse

Orders to Switzerland are shipped from our warehouse in Gockhausen, Switzerland.

European Warehouse

Orders to EU countries and rest of world are shipped from our warehouse in Dettighofen, Germany.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

For Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we use Swiss Post A-Post (Priority Mail) for reliable and fast delivery. European orders are shipped via DHL, DPD, or equivalent carriers. International orders outside the EU are shipped via DHL Express, FedEx, or other international carriers.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on destination, package weight, and shipping method. All costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched, including tracking information when available.

Risk of loss or damage transfers upon dispatch from our warehouse. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that your address has a secure location for packages.

Damaged Shipments
