The company disclaims liability for product information accuracy, as details come from third parties. Both pricing and inventory may change without notice.

3. Ordering and Delivery

Product displays constitute invitations to order rather than binding offers. Orders represent customer proposals to Vassalli AG. Confirmation arrives automatically upon receipt.

Shipping uses Swiss Post A-Post to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, with responsibility transferring upon dispatch. Delivery typically takes 1-3 working days for stock items.

4. Payment Options

Payments must be made in Swiss Francs or in Euros. Accepted payment methods include:

Payment is debited immediately. Account purchases are not currently available.

5. Contract Conclusion

6. Warranty & Returns

Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt in original, perfect condition. Personalized items are excluded from returns.

Customers bear return shipping costs. Damage claims require immediate documentation with the delivery person.

7. Liability Limitations

Claims for damages due to impossibility of performance, breach of contract, or other reasons are excluded absent intentional or gross negligence. Consequential damages liability is rejected.
